We are so happy you found your way to our VOLUNTEER page! Most people discover TFO Family Ministries by way of volunteering their time and energies at our little place. But TFO Farm is so much more than farm work; it is more about the work of Jesus in those of us who live, work and play at Too Far Out Farm. We want your visits to be encouraging, meaningful and life-changing!

* Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian while volunteering at TFO Farm.

GOT CLEARANCES?

If your TFO Farm Volunteer position requires direct contact with children/youth, you will need to provide current clearances for our records. We require all four clearances listed below (Click the links to download the forms). Once you apply, it takes about 4-6 weeks to obtain your clearances from the various government agencies. The total cost for all four is about $30. Once you receive your valid clearances, please submit the originals to the TFO Farm office at 29533 Borgardus Rd., Guys Mills, PA 16327. TFO Farm will reimburse for clearances after you complete 10 hours of volunteer service, so keep your receipts!

Child Abuse History Clearance (Please download, print & fill out this form, then return it to the address indicated on the form.)

FBI Fingerprint Clearance (This website will guide you through the fingerprinting and FBI Fingerprint Clearance application process.)

National Sex Offender Registry Verification (Please download, print & fill out this form, then submit it as indicated on the form.)

PA State Police Criminal Record Check (Please click the button for a NEW VOLUNTEER RECORD CHECK. There is no charge.)
